Entry fees:
$100.00 per LAPL member (subject to availability without sponsorship)
$200 per non‐member or guest (subject to availability without sponsorship)
All paid entries must be received on or before Wednesday, May 26, 2021, with the exception of all paid CHAMPION, PLATINUM, and/or GOLD sponsorships which must be received on or before Friday, May 14 2021.
All properly paid CHAMPION, PLATINUM, and GOLD sponsorships are guaranteed entry into the tournament. Only one (1) entry form per envelope will be granted entry into the tournament other than CHAMPION sponsorships which cover two (2) foursomes. Any envelope containing more than one entry form will not be considered until after all compliant entries have been accepted. Any entries received after May, 26 2021 will only be considered on a space available basis.
ONLY THE FIRST 100 PAID ENTRANTS WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Any changes to your original and/or subsequent player entries made after 5:00 pm, Monday, June 1, 2020, will result in your team participating in the “Funzie Flight” of the tournament. A gag prize will be awarded to the winning team in the “Funzie Flight”. The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust flighting for all entries.

Entitles sponsor to two (2) guaranteed foursomes, individual hole sponsor, and 10 crawfish boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
PLATINUM $2,000
Entitles sponsor to one (1) guaranteed foursome, individual hole sponsor, and 8 crawfish boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
GOLD $1,500
Entitles sponsor to one (1) guaranteed foursome, individual hole sponsor, and 4 crawfish boil boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
SILVER $1,000
Entitles sponsor to three (3) guaranteed golfers, shared hole sponsor, and 2 crawfish boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
BRONZE $850
Entitles sponsor to two (2) guaranteed golfers, shared hole sponsor, and 2 crawfish boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
RED, WHITE AND BLUE $600
Entitles sponsor to one (1) guaranteed golfer and 2 crawfish boil tickets along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
CONTRIBUTING $350
Entitles sponsor to 1 guaranteed golfer (OR 1 crawfish boil ticket) along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
SUPPORTING $200
Entitles sponsor to one (1) crawfish boil ticket along with prominent display at the golf tournament.
